Event Description
The patient reported that they were recharging when suddenly the stimulator intensity went up on its own.Pt tried unlocking remote but error message on remote didn¿t allow her (unk message, but pt recalls it said to call medtronic), pt called 911, paramedics removed battery pack, pt was able to unlock remote, intensity was too high.Pt states she did not increase it, and the setting that she saw was a lot higher than her normal settings.Pt was able to finally decrease the stimulator.The hcp was notified.The cause of the issue was unknown.
