It was reported that the procedure was to treat an unspecified vessel.Prior to use of the nc trek balloon dilatation catheter (bdc), it was noted to be broken and not possible to be used.Another abbott balloon was used to complete the procedure.There was no reported clinically significant delay in the procedure.No additional information was provided.
