Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that inpen screw was not moving, when the button was pressed insulin did not dispense.The blood glucose value at the time of event was 290 mg/dl.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.Troubleshooting was successfully performed; however, the customer will discontinue use of the device.Product will be returned for analysis.
