According to the reporter, during coronary artery bypass graft (cabg), bovie changed heart rhythm from normal to tach.When the bovie was used in the chest cavity, the patients rhythm changed from ns (normal sinus) to st (sinus tachycardia).New generator was brought in to complete the case.
