It is alleged that the patient received a celect inferior vena cava (ivc) filter in 2014, and the patient was injured without further explanation.Hospital and medical records have been requested, but not yet provided.

Event Description
Patient allegedly received an implant in 2014 due to blood clot.Patient is alleging vena cava perforation and tilt.Patient further alleges "pain and discomfort." per computed tomography report, "ivc filter is present.Perforation of all the legs, the greatest at 12 o'clock 0.58cm." "approximately 9.12 degrees of sagittal and 7.46 degrees of coronal tilt.Apex of filter touches posterior wall of ivc." "migration: 1.6cm below the left renal vein confluence.No definite fractured or missing struts seen.No ivc stenosis".
