Event or Problem Description
Additional information was received: the cause of the event was unknown. It was only discovered the flow was not smooth in the peritoneal catheter section after implantation.Information from user reported that there was fragility found in the catheter so that the liquid does not come out according to the flow and was a bit slower than the provisions.User does not exactly know whether there was a problem with the valve or not, but what the user does for sure know the fluid does not flow according to its flow, and when they checked the peritoneal catheter the catheter was fragile and lead to damage.
