Additional information was received from a patient (pt).It was reported that for the past year stimulation has been turning off on them, that they can increase stimulation from 4-5 up to 10 and it still felt the same, that nothing has changed that they still had back pain.Patient said they can sometimes feel stimulation if they turn their head or arch their back a certain way.Patient later said stimulation would turn off at night but they can't turn stimulation back on until they recharged, but then later said the battery was at 60%.Technical services (ts) told the patient changing the controller won't resolve the issue since they are able to adjust stimulation, it's just that they can't feel the adjustment.Ts agreed to replace controller but told caller to follow up with their healthcare provider (hcp) since replace won't help him.A replacement controller was sent out.
