Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had frozen display.Customer stated that the insulin pump had black screen and they were not able to do any action on the insulin pump.Customer stated that the frozen display issue did not resolve after installing a new battery for previous frozen display issue.Troubleshooting was performed for frozen display issue.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.Insulin pump will be returned for failure analysis.
