The manufacturer is reporting the following complaint after a voluntary review of all complaints (reportable or not) since 2016.This report is being filed now, after being scrutinized under a newly revised risk matrix, recently adopted after inspection.Upon inspection of the device, the technician found the reason for the high current leakage was due to the heaters.The technician replaced all damaged, faulty components, and inspected for full functionality.

Customer reports that the unit is tripping lim sensors.Upon inspection of the unit's plug, a loose wire has burnt the plug and its housing, melting it.After replacing the plug, the unit is still tripping lim sensors, and has leakage too high for the use of an electrical safety analyzer.
