Event Description
|
The customer reported via phone call that they experienced high blood glucose.The customer¿s blood glucose level was 400 mg/dl at the time of incident.The customer¿s current blood glucose value was unknown.The customer did not provide information about symptoms of high blood glucose value and treated with manual injection.Customer alleged over delivery as well as under delivery also.Customer stated that battery cap contacts were missing and insulin pump was losing power without warning and had change battery alert and insulin pump screen goes black and metal on the battery cap falls off and black dots were missing.Troubleshooting was performed.No further patient complications were reported.
