Event Description
|
The customer reported that this device produced smoke during a cleaning procedure after the customer drained the device of water.They said that they do not know whether or not the device was finished with it's priming cycle when they started draining it, and they reported that the refrigeration module was not in the tank at the time that this occurred.

Cardioquip's investigation determined the water level sensor was incorrectly installed.After all damaged components were replaced, the device passed final inspection and is fully operational.
