Elegance clinical trial. It was reported that in-stent restenosis occurred. The subject underwent treatment with the eluvia drug coated balloon and ranger drug coated balloon on (b)(6) 2022.The first target lesion was in the left distal superficial femoral artery (sfa) and left proximal popliteal artery with proximal reference vessel diameter of 5 mm and distal reference vessel diameter of 5 mm with lesion length of 40 mm and 80 % stenosis and was classified as tasc ii c lesion.Prior to target lesion treatment with study device, lithotripsy was performed with 5 mm x 60 mm non-boston scientific device.Treatment of target lesion was performed by dilation with study device, ranger drug-coated balloon of 5 mm x 200 mm.Followed by placement of 5.0 mm x 60 mm non-boston scientific bare metal stent, the final residual stenosis was noted to be 20%.The second target lesion was in the left mid sfa with proximal reference vessel diameter of 5 mm and distal reference vessel diameter of 5 mm with lesion length of 120 mm and 80 % stenosis and was classified as tasc ii c lesion.Prior to target lesion treatment with study device lithotripsy was performed with 5 mm x 60 mm non-boston scientific device.Treatment of target lesion was performed by dilation with study device, ranger drug-coated balloon, 5mm x 200 mm and placement of eluvia drug-eluting stent of 6 mm x 40 mm.Post treatment, the final residual stenosis was noted to be 20%.The third target lesion was in the left common femoral artery with proximal reference vessel diameter of 6 mm and distal reference vessel diameter of 6 mm with lesion length of 40 mm and 90 % stenosis and was classified as tasc ii c lesion.Prior to target lesion treatment with study device lithotripsy was performed with 5 mm x 60 mm non-boston scientific device.Treatment of target lesion was performed by dilation with study device, ranger drug coated balloon, 6 mm x 40 mm.Post treatment, the final residual stenosis was noted to be 20%.On (b)(6) 2022, the subject was discharged from the hospital on clopidogrel and aspirin. On (b)(6) 2022, the subject was noted with left superficial femoral artery restenosis. On (b)(6) 2022, 140 days post index procedure, 90% stenosis noted in the left mid sfa was treated with balloon dilation using drug coated balloon.Post treatment, the final residual stenosis was noted to be 20%.
