According to the reporter, during a procedure, the device damaged during use on the patient.The exterior of the tip was found to be come off while the cervical lymph node was being separated.Since the parts that had been come off have not been found, there was a possibility of remaining inside the body.

According to the reporter, during neck dissection, the device damaged during use on the patient.The exterior of the tip was found to be come off while the cervical lymph node was being separated.Since the parts that had been come off have not been found, there was a possibility of remaining inside the body.An x-ray was performed, and as there was no problem, the possibility of remaining in the body was low, and the procedure was completed.
