It was reported that the patient is having their implantable neurostimulator (ins) repositioned today due to discomfort of the ins location.The ins is rubbing against the collarbone.

Additional information was received from the manufacturer's representative (rep) who reported that the cause of the ins rubbing against the collarbone was that the patient was hitting the stimulator during tic episodes.The issue was resolved.
