Event Description
|
It was reported that the patient called the clinic and reported shortness of breath, fatigue, and an inability to walk normal distances without having to sit down.It was noted that the device feature that monitors the pacing amplitude threshold and adjusts left ventricular (lv) outputs was set to monitor.It was also noted that the left ventricular (lv) lead pacing threshold had risen to the same or high voltage than the programmed value.The lead remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
