Event Description
|
It was reported that the cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) exhibited pacing rates below the programmed lower rate limit.It was noted that the device was implanted after the use before date.Device reprogramming was performed.The device is still in use.It was also reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead was suspected of possible t-wave oversensing (twos).Sensitivity was reprogrammed, but it did not improve the issue.The lead is still in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
