Event Description
|
Information received from a healthcare provider (hcp) via a company representative (rep) regarding a patient receiving intrathecal m edication dilaudid 7 mg/ml at 1.56 mg/day for spinal pain.It was reported that the pump logs showed a motor stall last year on (b)(6) 2021.It was reported the patient had not had any magnetic resonance imaging during that time.The cause of the motor stall was unknown.Patient symptoms were not reported.

The logs also indicated a motor stall occurred on (b)(6)2022 at 10:43 am and recovered on the same day at 11:38 am.
