Event or Problem Description
As reported to coloplast, though not verified, the patient with this device experienced kidney infection, urinary tract infections, severe pelvic pain, urinary urgency, incontinence, mental anguish, physical deformity, erosion of vaginal and other tissues, loss of ability to perform sexually and difficulty with daily activities.The patient had a revision of the device and another procedure to address her kidney stones and acute cystitis with hematuria.
