Event or Problem Description
An endurant ii stent graft system was implanted for the treatment of a 70mm abdominal aortic aneurysm.It was reported that ct images revealed a type 1a and 1b (left) endoleak.The physician stated that it appears that the neck and the left common iliac have dilated to a larger diameter than the device.It was mentioned that the previous scan showed that the aaa was shrinking and there was no leak, however this scan showed aaa expansion (now 62mm) and 2 endoleaks.Per the physician, the cause of the endoleak is anatomy related due to neck and left common iliac artery dilatation.No additional sequalae were reported and the patient will be monitored.
