Device report from synthes reports an event in japan as follows: it was reported that in (b)(6) 2022, the patient underwent surgery with tfna.Cement was not used for the treatment.After surgery, the bone head collapsed, and a cut-out occurred.Bone union of the original fracture part was progressing.Varus, etc.Have not occurred, and reduction position has been maintained.A revision surgery via tha is planned in the future.The surgeon commented that the cause of this event was unknown.No further information is available.This report is for one (1) unk - nails: tfna.This is report 1 of 2 for complaint (b)(4).
