The patient was treated for an abdominal aortic aneurysm (aaa) with afx2 bifurcated stent graft and a non-endologix e-luminexx® bard stent. This initial procedure is outside the indications of use (off-label) due to the use of adjunctive devices not compatible with afx2 system per the ifu.Approximately four (4) years post initial procedure, the patient presented with abdominal pain.Computerized tomography identified a possible type 3b endoleak around the aneurysm.Reintervention was completed with the implant of non-endologix gore excluder stents (main body, right and left leg). The type 3b endoleak was resolved. The final patient status was not provided.
