Event Description
|
Information was received from multiple sources (healthcare provider, clinical study) regarding a patient who was receiving an unknown drug via an implantable pump for unknown indications for use.It was reported that the patient was assaulted and "thrown to the ground".It was noted that they had an increased pain and were unable to feel boluses.They felt the pump was now not working and had moved or shifted.Theire were reports of pump site bruising and swelling.

Additional information received from the healthcare provider (hcp) via clinical study (sdy) reported no improvement with the last medication increase, boluses reduced pain from 8/10 to 6/10.
