Device report from synthes reports an event in switzerland as follows: it was reported on (b)(6) 2022, that when changing the screw, the screw could not be removed due to the four-thread of the cfx screw, which could not be loosened with the sclerosed bone. This meant that the head of the screw had to be removed first, and then the screw thread had to be removed from the bone using a bite-sized pliers/drum pliers. The surgery was delayed for 30 minutes and more. The procedure was successfully completed.Patient is fine and has no additional problems due to this problem. This report is for one (1) mis ti cfx fen poly 8x60.This is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
