On 12 september 2022, neotract was made aware of a patient who received a successful prostatic urethral lift (pul) procedure on an unspecified date.It was reported that the patient presented to the emergency room 12 hours later and was diagnosed by ct with active extravasation into a large pelvic hematoma.The patient was treated with blood transfusions and a coil embolization and vascular closure procedure.No additional information about the patient was available.
