The customer contacted stryker to report that their device will not complete the boot-up cycle during power-up.In this state, the device may not be able to deliver defibrillation therapy if needed.There was no patient involvement reported during the event.

Stryker evaluated the customer's device and was able to verify and duplicate the reported issue.The cause of the reported issue was isolated to the system pcba.Due to the part being obsolete, the device cannot be repaired.Stryker to scrap the device.The customer was informed of the device's state and provided information on obtaining a replacement device.
