H6: the revision reported may have been the result of an insufficient bond between the femoral component and the bone, which led to aseptic (non-infected) femoral loosening and osteolysis. The movement of the tibial insert in the tibial tray may have been the result of backside wear of the tibial insert. However, these allegations cannot be confirmed as the devices were not returned for evaluation, images/radiographs were unable to be obtained, and information regarding the other devices and index surgery date were not provided.
