Event Description
During implant, the left ventricular (lv) lead showed resistance which causing difficulty in positioning and the guidewire was difficult to advance into the lv lead.The event was resolved by explanting and replacing the lv lead.The patient experienced no adverse consequences and was stable throughout the procedure.

The reported events were operation issue and ¿difficulty to introduce the guide¿.As received, a complete lead was returned in one piece.The reported event of ¿difficulty to introduce the guide¿ was not confirmed.Guidewire was inserted through the proximal end of the lead all the way through with no restrictions noted.Electrical tests and x-ray examination did not find any indication of conductor fractures or internal shorts.Visual inspection of the lead did not find any anomalies.
