It was reported that electrogram (egm) review showed right ventricular (rv) pacing while the device was programmed to left ventricular (lv) only pacing. The left ventricular (lv) lead was oversensing right atrial (ra) signals, and lead dislodgement was suspected. As a result, lv pacing was inhibited and rv pacing was delivered instead.Chest x-rays later confirmed that this left ventricular (lv) lead had dislodged. This lv lead was explanted, replaced, and discarded. No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
