Event or Problem Description
The reporter indicated that the surgeon implanted a 13.2mm vicm5_13.2; -10.00 diopter implantable collamer lens into the patient's left eye (os).It was reported that the lens was explanted on (b)(6) 2022 and a shorter length lens was implanted.Attempts to obtain additional information have not been successful.If additional information is received a supplemental medwatch report will be submitted.
