Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the surgeon had difficulty locking poly.After multiple attempts it was found to have a bent locking tab.It was recommend dead by the rep and decided by the surgeon not to proceed with this poly.10 -15 min surgical delay was reported.No additional information was reported.Doi: (b)(6) 2022.Dor: (b)(6) 2022.Affected side: right knee.
