Event Description
It was reported that there was an alert in which the minute ventilation (mv) sensor was disabled.Technical services reviewed and found stored signal artifact monitoring (sam) episodes due to atrial driven rates.It was noted that all impedance measurements were all within normal range.The patient is not pacer dependent.Technical services discussed programming options and the plan was to turn sam back on and continue to monitor.At this time, the device remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
