Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, on post operatively, the perineum was lacerated and was sutured.Less than two weeks after the patient gave birth, the patient informed that the wound on the perineum was painful and unbearable.The wound did not heal well and the suture was not absorbed, which caused great suffering to the patient.The suture was then removed and the patient's symptoms were relieved.
