It was reported that they were hospitalized due to hyperglycemia, diabetic ketoacidosis.The hospitalization date was unknown.Blood glucose value at the time of event was 700 mg/dl. it was unknown whether the customer was using auto mode or not. it was unknown whether the customer was using insulin pump system within 48 hours of reported high bg event.Troubleshooting was not performed; however, the product will not be returned for analysis.
