Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported the pump was not working properly.It was reported that the pump was not working correctly and it didn't figure out the corrections properly and gave her more than it should have.The customer was brittle because of the blood glucose value fluctuations.Troubleshooting was performed and found that the pump did not make correct calculations based on information entered by the customer.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue using the pump and the insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
