|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported an external ram crc error and unexpected restart.A cold reset was performed.No further details were provided.Troubleshooting was not performed.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue using the insulin pump and the insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
