Event Description
Information received by medtronic via social media indicated that the insulin pump had many unspecified alarms.No further details were provided.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.Troubleshooting could not be performed as it was received from social media.It was unknown whether the customer continued using the device or not.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
