|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported the pump powered off every time while trying to change the battery and all the insulin pump programming got erased.Troubleshooting was performed and found the issue occurred during the battery change.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue using the insulin pump and the insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
