Event Description
According to the reporter, during procedure, the unit presented a short circuit and caused burn on patient (1cm x 2cm).Rubber foot was also missing and the prior repair was inadequate.

Event Description
According to the reporter, during procedure, the unit presented a short circuit and caused a first degree burn on patient's anterior region of the right thigh (1cm x 2cm).Rubber foot was also missing and the prior repair was inadequate.The unit was used along with non-medtronic pencil and plate.Bandage was used to complete the procedure.
