Event Description

According to the reporter, during laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, the jaw of the device was stuck after being closed and could not be opened in the middle of the entire surgery, tissue was eventually removed with other instrument, the knife blade was extended but not protruded beyond the edge of the jaws.There was no patient injury.
