A customer reported the control panel arm will not stay locked in place on their affinit 70 ultrasound system.The failure occurred outside of clinical use and no patient or user was harmed as a result of the issue.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
According to the philips field service engineer confirmed that the issue could not be duplicated.However, he did adjust the cable tension for the release handle.The system was returned to service.No further issue reported.
