Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced an infection, erosion, right ventricular (rv) lead perforation, dislodgement, migration, failure to capture and extracardiac stimulation as well as exit block and heart failure exacerbation.The lead remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.The patient is a participant in a clinical study.
