|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer experienced hypoglycemia and passed out.Customer was hospitalized to treat hypoglycemia.Customer received safety notification for battery cap and retainer ring damage.Customer reported that pump delivered lot of insulin and led to low blood glucose.Troubleshooting was offered and it was declined by the customer.It is unknown whether the pump was used with in the 48 hours of the reported event or not. no further patient complications were reported.The device will not be returned for failure analysis.Frn-mmt-332a-rsvr, unomed inf set.
