The patient was initially treated for an abdominal aortic aneurysm (aaa) with implant of an afx bifurcated stent graft and an afx vela suprarenal proximal extension.Approximately seven (7) years post initial procedure, the patient presented with an expanding aneurysm sac (unknown diameter), thrombus in both iliacs, and a type iiib endoleak (at the bifurcation) as detected per angiogram. The physician elected to treat the patient by implanting one (1) afx2 bifurcated stent graft and one (1) additional vela suprarenal on (b)(6) 2023.The endoleak was successfully resolved and the patient reportedly stable post re-intervention.
