Event Description
|
It was reported that during the implant procedure difficulty was experienced inserting the right ventricular (rv) lead into the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) header.The lead would not fully insert into the connection port.The following day the lead exhibited a high undefined defibrillation impedance measurement.No intervention was performed and the rv lead and crt-d remain in use. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
