Event Description
It was reported that during an intervention to reposition the associated lead for this system, this right ventricular (rv) lead moved, with it presenting undersensing as a result.The physician opted to pull this lead out.The patient was found to be suffering occlusion so a balloon was utilized.A new device was implanted.No additional patient effects were reported.
