Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the patient was having increasing pain and decreased range of motion.The tibia was revised.This is the original attune tibial tray, known to loosen.Loosening of the tibia was reported at the cement to implant interface.Cement manufacturer is unknown.Doi: on (b)(6) 2016, dor: on (b)(6) 2023, affected side: right knee.
