Event or Problem Description
It was reported that on (b)(6), 2023, the surgeon kept stripping drivers to final tighten the connector during surgery.There was no delay, and the procedure was completed successfully.There were no patient consequences.This report involves one t25 stardrive shaft f/matrix long.This is report 3 of 4 for (b)(4).
