Event Description
|
According to the reporter, on a laparoscopic hernia procedure, during space expansion, the balloon disconnected from the introducer and got stuck inside the patient incision.The balloon fell into the gravity and was retrieved with graspers.Another device was used to complete the case.There was no patient injury.
