Event Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer received the inpen cartridge holder was not turning to lock in place.Troubleshooting was performed and found insulin type was novolog and inpen color was blue.No further details were provided.It was unknown whether the customer will discontinue using the device and inpen will be returned for analysis.
