Event or Problem Description
The customer contacted stryker to report that their device will not complete boot-up cycle during power up.In this state, the device may not be able to deliver defibrillation therapy if needed.There was no patient involvement reported during the event.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
Stryker evaluated the customer's device and was able to verify and duplicate the reported issue.The cause of the reported issue was isolated to the power pcba.Stryker replaced the power pcba and battery wirer harness to resolve the issue.After completing other unrelated repairs, proper device operation was observed through functional and performance testing and the device returned to the customer for use.
